Sequencing

Definition: By definition, a sequence is a serial arrangement in which things follow in logical order or a recurrent pattern. Photo sequencing is actually stitching multiple images together and it is a form of time-lapse photography. A change in an object’s position over time is being displayed and it only works when the object moves across a static background.

How to successfully achieve this image:

1.Tripod

2.Fast shutter speed
3.Manual camera settings (to fix the exposure)
4.Manual focus
5.No Camera shake (be careful when pressing the button).
6.Direct the shoot (composition/framing and where the moving elements will move from and to are important.
7.Photo-editing software

To create this edit I opened my images in photoshop and clicked "cmd" and "a" then "cmd" and " before going onto the other image open on photoshop and clicking "cmd" and "v". After this I created a mask and filled it black before using the eraser to rub out a section of the image revealing the image behind making my model appear.

Whilst shooting the images I used an aperture of 5.6 and a shutter speed of 1/125 to get the desired results. I should have used a tripod to ensure that all of the layers fit over each other nicely rather than some bits being unlevel like the windows behind the model.
